What is being sold?

A one-time transfer of the custom ProposalKit application source and documentation. No domain, provider accounts, secrets or customer database are included. Third-party components retain their licences.

Included in the full application

Isolated agency workspaces, owner/member permissions, clients, five proposal templates, autosave, immutable sent snapshots, expiring/revocable protected links, client acceptance/change requests, branded PDFs, email flows, Stripe billing code and optional AI assistance. Core proposal workflows work without AI.

Verified locally

Production build and TypeScript; 15 server tests; three browser workflows at desktop, tablet and phone sizes; PDFs of 1, 3 and 8 pages; fresh installation and real PostgreSQL backup/restore. Provider tests use fixtures and are not live integration checks.

Before commercial launch

Complete actual Stripe test Checkout/Portal/webhook checks, SMTP delivery, optional real AI-provider checks and Linux Docker/VPS deployment with HTTPS and persistent storage. Fill operator/legal drafts. No paying users, revenue or verified traffic are claimed.
